Arthur Solinap is a Filipino actor in television and film.

He has endeared himself to the viewing Pinoy with his lovable persona, Robert, in the longest-running comedy-reality program Pepito Manaloto.

This lovable Ilonggo actor forayed into the showbiz industry as an Abztract dancer.

Among his most noteworthy projects are Encantadia, Royal Blood, Widow's Web, and Daisy Syete, where he met his now-wife, Rochelle Pangilinan.

Art also tucks under his acting belt historical and epic films such as Pedro Calungsod, Trip Ubusan, and Mulawin, among others.
