Luj is Ferdie's university best friend from New Era University.

Together with Ferdie, he is fulfilling his life goals of working in an environment of nurture and growth. He also worked in a BPO before PPL gave him the opportunity to be a part of the PPL team.

He applied his learning from being a training and team manager to PPL, where his creativity and style equipped him with the right tools to accomplish his tasks as BUH.
