PPL himself, Perry P. Lansigan, Jr., the Chief Executive Officer and President, has more than thirty years of experience in running live shows, directing film, music videos, and television shows.

At present, PPL is a well-known musical show runner, multi-media content producer, and talent manager respected by his peers and partners in the Philippine entertainment industry.

On PPL's 17th year, PPL never stops growing, and is continuously evolving! From its inception in 2009 as a talent management company — playing on the word "PPL" — the agency is now Professional People's Lab: a people-oriented, partner-facing company that provides trusted and reputable talent management & development.

Perry P. Lansigan started his career as a trainee at GMA Network more than thirty years ago — work so commendable the network kept him on. That origin story became the foundation for a company built on one conviction: hard work pays off.
